Shipping and Returns

All orders are shipped within 2 business days from receipt; orders placed after 12 p.m. EST will be processed the following business day (not including weekends and holidays). Orders placed after Friday 12 p.m. EST are shipped on or before the following Tuesday.

For customers within the continental U.S. please allow up to 5 business days after order was shipped for delivery. Expedited shipping services are available.

If an item is out of stock at the time your order is placed, we will notify you if and when the item will be available prior to shipping your order.

Expedited Orders are shipped the same day the order is received; orders received after 12 p.m. EST will be processed the next business day. No PO boxes.

We are pleased to offer free return shipping for U.S. domestic orders. If eligible, a free USPS return shipping label is included in your order.

Please note: All returns or exchanges must have a return form and number. Instructions are noted below.

1. Only garments in original condition with tags intact will be accepted.  
2. Returns/exchanges must be made within 30 days from the day of delivery. This period is extended to 6 weeks for purchases made between Thanksgiving and Christmas.
3. Items returned after 30 days may be eligible for exchange or store credit only.
4. Returns/exchanges are processed within 10 business days.
5. All refunds will be credited to the original form of payment.
6. Original shipping fees are not refundable.
7. Domestic exchanges are shipped via ground free of charge.
8. Sale category garment(s) are final sale and non-refundable.
9. Vouchers, codes, and gift cards purchased outside Cosabella.com are nonrefundable and purchases made with them are valid for exchanges only.

RETURN/EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS (US Only)

1. Click here to Start a Return or Exchange.
2. Type in your Order # and email address (email address must be the same used to place the original order). You can also initiate a gift exchange using the link underneath.
3. Select the items(s) to be returned.
4. Print the return authorization form, which you should include with your package; or, if you are unable to print the return form, please include the packing list and note the items for return.
5. If avaialble, use the return shipping label pre-printed on the front of your pick ticket to send back your return via USPS. You can also print a return label from the returns portal, or use the provided QR code at a USPS post office.

Please re-use the same shipping package to ensure a safe return.
