Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped within 3 business days from receipt; orders placed after 12 p.m. CET will be processed the following business day (not including weekends and/or holidays). Orders placed after Friday 12 p.m. CET are shipped by Tuesday.
Please allow up to 5 business days after order was shipped for delivery. Expedited shipping service are available.
If an item is out of stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you if and when the item will be available prior to shipping your order.

How to Track Your Order
Tracking numbers are emailed to the address used to place your order once your package leaves our processing center. Tracking is also available using Track My Order.

Returns Policy
We are happy to accept any new/tagged/unworn garment for exchange/store credit within 30 days from delivery.
Only garment(s) in original condition with tags intact will be accepted.
Returns/exchanges must be made within 30 days from the day of delivery.
Returns/exchanges are only accepted by mail and cannot be returned at flagship.
All returns will be credited to the original form of payment.
Original shipping and duty/tax fees are not refundable. Return shipping is covered by the customer.
Returns/exchanges are processed within 10 business days.
Return Instructions
To make it as easy as possible, please use the same box provided for you in your original order to return your items. Please do not use envelopes as garments tend to get damaged and will not be accepted for return.
