What are your payment options?

We accept Amazon Pay, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Affirm, and Cosabella eGift Cards as payment.

What currencies do you accept?

We accept payment in USD and CAD on our US site. On our European site we also accept Euro, Australian Dollars, and British Pounds.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! Cosabella is proud to ship to over 35 countries worldwide. Please use our international site (https://eu.cosabella.com) if you need delivery outside of the US and Canada. Customers outside of the US and EU may need to pay duties and taxes on receipt.

What are your shipping methods and costs?

All US orders are shipped via USPS (unless expedited through FedEx). Please refer to our Shipping Policy to learn more.

When are orders shipped?

Orders are shipped within 2 business days and delivered within 5 business days. Rush UPS orders are shipped out the same day if placed before 12 p.m. EST. If your order takes longer to ship than 2 business days please call, or chat with, us - we may have been trying to get hold of you.

What is your return policy?

Our 100% guarantee ensures that every Italian made garment you purchase exceeds your expectations. We will gladly accept any new/tagged/unworn garment(s) within 30 days from day of delivery for either a refund, exchange, or store credit. Garment(s) from our Sale/Outlet page are final sale. Click here for our full return policy.

Do you provide return labels?

We are happy to offer a free return shipping label for USA orders. A free USPS return shipping label will be included in your order (one per order).

What about garments damaged, or lost, during delivery?

We take great care in packing your new Cosabella garment(s), but if something should happen to them during transit, we will gladly send you a free USPS pre-paid return label so you can mail the damaged articles and have them replaced at no additional cost. You can notify us at ESHOP@COSABELLA.COM.

My order is a gift, can you provide gift receipt?

If you would like a gift receipt sent, please make a note at checkout (there is an option for comments before finalizing the order).

What fabric do you use to make your garments?

The specific fabric content is noted on each product page underneath the images in the product detail section.

The size/color I want is out of stock!

Our Italian lingerie is highly sought after and tends to sell out quickly. Cosabella staff will gladly assist you. Please contact us at ESHOP@COSABELLA.COM and provide name, SKU and/or picture of the garment you are looking for.

Do you have any coupon restrictions?

Yes, most coupons can not be combined with any other coupon, offer, promotion, or sale items. Other sale and coupon restrictions are posted on our fine print page.
