We are happy to offer free return shipping for USA orders! A free USPS return shipping label will be included in your order (one per order)!!
Only garment(s) in original condition with tags intact will be accepted.
Returns/exchanges must be made within 30 days from the day of delivery.
Returns/exchanges are only accepted by mail and cannot be returned at flagships.
All refunds will be credited to the original form of payment.
Shipping fees are not refundable.
Sale/Outlet category garment(s) are final sale and can only be exchanged for equal or greater value.
Returns/exchanges are processed within 15 business days.
All returns/exchanges need a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number.
If you have an online account, please log in and follow steps to request your RMA.
For an exchange, please provide new product(s) information when requesting your RMA.
If you do not have an online account, please email the name/sku/size of garment(s) at firstname.lastname@example.org .
Returns will not be accepted without an RMA Number.
