Sale/Outlet Exchange Policy
EXCHANGE POLICY & INSTRUCTIONS
We strive to exceed expectations. If you need to exchange, please review the policy below.
•Only garment(s) in original condition with tags intact will be accepted.
•Exchanges must be within 30 days from the day of delivery.
•Exchanges are only accepted by mail and cannot be exchanged at flagships.
•Shipping fees are not refundable.
•Outlet and sale garment(s) can only be exchanged for equal or greater value.
•Exchanges are processed within 15 business days.
•All exchanges need a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number.
•If you have an online account, please log in and follow steps to request your RMA.
•If you do not have an online account, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
•Please provide new product(s) information when requesting your RMA.
•Exchanges will not be accepted without an RMA Number.
•Please use the same package or similar to return garment(s).
