EXCHANGE POLICY

We will gladly accept any new/tagged/unworn garment for exchange/store credit within 30 days from day of delivery.

Our 100% guarantee ensures that every garment you purchase on Cosabella.com exceeds your expectations.  

With our easy return/exchange policy, we will gladly accept any unworn, new, tagged and in mint condition garment(s) within 30 days from day of delivery for either refund, exchange or store credit.

All returns will be credited to the original form of payment.

Shipping fees are not refundable.

All sales and exclusives cannot be returned; only exchanged. Items purchased through the outlet are final sale and non-refundable.

INSTRUCTIONS:

We kindly ask you allow ten business days for your exchange to be processed. Process time may be longer during peak seasons.

We take great care in assuring your garments arrive intact. We ask that you use the same box to return your merchandise to ensure protection of the garment(s) during shipping. Please do not use envelopes as garments tend to get damaged. Damaged items will not be accepted.

Item(s) CANNOT be returned/exchanged at any Flagship Store.
