1) INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY MANAGER 

The IT Manager’s role is to ensure the streamlined operation of the IT department in alignment with the business objectives of the company and worldwide subsidiaries/divisions. The IT Manager will plan, implement, direct and design IT-related activities of the company, as well as provide administrative direction and support for daily operational activities of the IT department.  Work closely with other departments to identify, recommend, develop, implement and support cost-effective technology solutions. The responsibilities include physical and virtual infrastructure, voice and data network services and equipment, business and administrative applications, e-commerce technology, cloud based services, local and remote end-user support management, office inter-connectivity, and security systems.

 Qualifications:

Computer Science or Management Information Systems degree (bachelors or higher) and/or six years related experience or a combination of both education and experience.

Strong technical knowledge of virtualized infrastructure, cloud services, voice and data networks, and data management.

Proven experience in IT infrastructure planning and development.

Excellent understanding of the business goals and objectives as related to technology

Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws.

Strong leadership skills. Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.

Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language.

Ability to understand basic accounting principles and interface with the Accounting department to deliver financial solutions.

High level of self motivation.

Proven analytical, evaluative and problem- solving abilities following a logical approach.

 

Required Technical Skills: 

 

VMWare ESXi 5+

Microsoft Exchange 2010, SQL Server 2008+, Windows Server 2008 +, Windows 7 +, Forefront TMG 2010, WSUS3.0, Office 2010/2013, IAS, Solomon 2010, Remote Desktop  Services, and Active Directory,

Microsoft Office 365; Sharepoint, Lync, OneDrive, etc. with same sign-on DirSync.

Gentran Server 5.x

Checkpoint SPLAT, Meraki MX, or other firewall appliances.

VLANS, cross stacked, LAG configurations on Meraki and Dell switches.

Veeam Backup and Replication 7+, Unitrends Backup and Recovery, or other virtual and physical backup software.

Symantec Antivirus, McAfee Hosted Mail Security or other anti-virus and cloud anti-spam service.

Avaya IPOffice, SmallOffice platforms or similar VoIP PBX hardware.

Strong command of databases and general processes logic in order to shape efficient business application and workflow decisions.

Experience authoring MS SQL queries, SSRS reports, SSIS packages, and scripts writing a plus.

Experience managing the technical requirements and maintenance of EDI translation software through a VAN and direct via AS2. Working knowledge of main EDI documents and their purposes.

Experience in implementing, maintaining and supporting ERP software. Experience with BlueCherry ERP in an apparel producing company a real plus.

 

Experience with AS400 ERP applications a plus.

 

INVENTORY CONTROL ASSISTANT:

 

Responsible for executing all tasks related to the receiving of production shipments, production order entry and maintenance, inventory adjustments and style master setup in ERP systems.

 

Requirements:

Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination ofeducation and experience.

Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent follow up, attention to detail and organizational skills a must.

Ability to handle multiple projects, meet demanding deadlines and adjust to sudden changes in workflow.

Ability to work extended hours when needed.

Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

 

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE/MARKETING-SAMPLING:

 

 Provide friendly and professional customer service to all customers at all times. Assist Marketing and PR Departments in servicing all requests. Coordinate account executive/sales rep. and boutiques/dept. stores sales tools and marketing requests. Process and deliver all sample order submissions accurately to each customer/team member.

 

Requirements:

 

Associate degree in business administration or related field or a combination of education and experience.

Proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook.

Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects.

Ability to meet demanding deadlines.

 

HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT:

 

Provide support to all Human Resources functions and payroll processing.

 

Requirements 

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or two to three years’ experience in the HR field or any similar combination of education and experience.

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

Previous experience processing payroll a must.

Excellent interpersonal skills, natural problem solver, excellent planning and organization skills.

Demonstrated ability to handle privy and confidential information.

MS Office proficiency.

Detailed oriented with the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time.

Able to work extended hours when needed.
