1) MERCHANDISE PLANNER

The Merchandise Planner is responsible for developing, executing, and communicating strategic merchandise financial plans that support the company's financial, product, and marketing objectives. This position will strategically drive the business in order to maximize sales, margins and optimize inventory while contributing to the development of brand initiatives and ensure all planning activities support annual sales goals. Gather, evaluate and communicate collection change requests. Execute sales related functions for assigned department store accounts to expand the growth of Cosabella.

 

REQUIREMENTS: 

  • BA/BS in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
  • Must be proficient in retail math.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, meet demanding deadlines and market schedules.
  • Ability to participate in all market schedule set-up, preparation and events.
  • Strong team player with ability to work independently, setting priorities and adapting to changing situations quickly.
  • Detail oriented with excellent negotiation skills.
  • 25%-40% travel required.

 

2) PHOTOSHOOT/BRANDING SPECIALIST

The Photoshoot/Branding Specialist will guide and develop the aesthetic for all marketing and merchandising assets within the company, both online and offline. The Photoshoot/Branding Specialist will need to be able to grasp the company's strategic goals and interpret them into a unified creative direction. The challenge this position will be faced with is to ensure all platforms maintain visual standards, from marketing collateral to website merchandising.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Brainstorm and develop creative materials for marketing concepts including but not limited to traditional marketing, photo shoots, catalogs, online marketing, social media, newsletters, automated email series, home page banners and site banners.
  • Approve imagery including graphics, photography and videography. At times, also assisting in the creation of these materials. 
  • Approve creative collateral that adheres to visual brand standards. At times, also assisting in the creation of these materials. 
  • Attend and direct all photo shoots.
  • Collect materials to stylize photo shoots.
  • Maintain and merchandise products and marketing materials Cosabella's website(s).
  • Assist in the planning and management of material creation according to Cosabella's design calendar.
  • Ensure marketing materials such as post cards, product packaging materials, catalogs, etc. are in stock and ready to be used by necessary individuals within Cosabella by coordinating with inventory control.
  • Obtain creative copy from the Communications Manager to be used in global visual assets.
  • Strategize and execute deliberate collaborations with key brands in global and local markets for merchandising opportunities. Merchandising opportunities include but are not limited to brands to deliberately merchandised with Cosabella or CSBLA items during photo shoots.
  • Ensure company branding guidelines and goals are met throughout all collateral.
  • Work to create company-wide brand guidelines and graphics standard manuals.
  • Keep track of digital content needs for B2C and B2B including but are not limited to image flats and look book requirements.
  • Archive all projects according to department standards, and ensure most-up-to date files are avalaible to other team members at any given time.
  • Perform other job-related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.

 

REQUIREMENTS: 

  • BA degree in Graphic / Fine Arts or another Aesthetic focused major.
  • 2-4 years of visual management experience.
  • Strong conceptual thinking.
  • Have a firm knowledge of software and new technologies.
  • Be able to handle projects from concept to completion to production for a wide variety of collateral.
  • Marketing experience, preferably in a luxury brand environment.
  • Great communications skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment.
  • Must be very organized, detail-oriented and flexible.
  • Merchandising experience a plus.
  • Proficiency in Adobe CS Suite a plus.
  • Basic programming and web development for minor site changes (HTML, CSS, PHP) a plus.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms such as Listrak or Bronto a plus.

 

3) GRAPHIC DESIGNER

The Graphic Designer will work alongside the Communications department to organize and implement the creation of digital content for B2C and B2B efforts.

 DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Brainstorm and develop creative materials for digital marketing concepts including but not limited to online marketing, social media, bi-weekly newsletters, automated email series, seasonal automated email series updates, home page banners and site banners.
  • Produce and edit e-commerce imagery including graphics, photography and e-commerce videography.
  • Produce creative collateral that adheres to visual brand standards.
  • Understand and execute designs based on marketing guidelines and goals.
  • Tweak site graphics based on site usability experiments (A/B Testing).
  • Develop dynamic ads for location based and segment based digital marketing.
  • Keep track of digital content needs for B2C and B2B including but not limited to image flats and look book requirements. 
  • Archive all projects according to department standards, and ensure most-up-to date files are available to other team members at any given time.
  • Perform other job-related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.

  • 2-4 years of visual and web design experience.
  • Email campaign and web design experience.

  • A solid understanding of designing intuitive site functionality, interaction, site architecture, user interfaces, and navigation.
  • Marketing experience, preferably in a luxury brand environment.
  • Great communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment.
  • Must be very organized, detail-oriented and flexible.
  • Basic programming and web development for minor site changes (HTML, CSS, PHP) a plus.

  • Experience in conversion optimization projects a plus (A/B testing/UI/UX).

 

4) WAREHOUSE CLERK

The Warehouse Clerk will ensure that goods are shipped, distributed, and received in an efficient manner. Ensure that orders arrive and are dispatched on time to the appropriate destinations and in the expected quantities. Take precautions to secure warehouse contents against loss, and protection of the building facilities overall. Maintain an organized warehouse layout at all times. 

 DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in all daily activities and operations of the warehouse department.
  • Assist shipping and receiving, unload trucks, check in merchandise, match boxes received against overseas vendor packing lists.
  • Move merchandise from receiving or storage areas to shipping or other designated areas as necessary.
  • Sort and place merchandise on shelves according to established sequence (alphabetical order and by assigned aisle).
  • Read and understand pick tickets requirements in order to minimize mistakes when picking orders.
  • Pack items in adequate size boxes as per pick ticket instructions. Prepare shipping labels and ensure all boxes are labeled correctly.
  • Perform yearly inventory counts, periodic cycle counts, and customer back to stock returns.
  • Work in collaboration with Warehouse Manager and Team Leader to establish procedures for the accuracy and efficient processing of customer orders. Maintain open communication about any department issues, inventory discrepancies and holds up to finish tasks.
  • Maintain an optimum organization of the warehouse workspace for maximum efficiency. Assist in all daily maintenance activities such as but not limited to: keeping assigned aisle clean and organized, making sure all boxes are labeled correctly, updating overstock labels, keeping work station clean, emptying trash, sweeping floors and other housekeeping activities required.
  • Accountable for meeting and exceeding the productivity, accuracy, quality, and health/safety goals established for the position. Comply with all health, safety requirements and regulations at all times by wearing proper safety equipment.
  • Assist in the maintenance, repair and security of the building. 
  • Prepare pick tickets for billing by sorting accounts by: COD's, credit card and net 30's terms.
  • Prepare shipping labels.
  • Process invoices in BC system.
  • Run SPS program to upload delivery insurance charges to invoices.
  • Print invoices and match to all pick tickets.
  • Attach invoices and labels to corresponding boxes.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent GED.
  • Basic math skills and understanding of written procedures.
  • Must possess good computer skills.
  • Detail oriented and able to maintain high levels of accuracy in all tasks.
  • Adhere to all safety practices and regulations. 
  • Must be able to work flexible schedule including: nights, weekends as business needs.

The Fitting Model is responsible for fitting and modeling undergarments and swimwear collections for a professional design team.

The Fitting Model is an Independent Contractor opportunity, and it offers a flexible schedule from Monday through Friday.
