1) INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY MANAGER 

The IT Manager’s role is to ensure the streamlined operation of the IT department in alignment with the business objectives of the company and worldwide subsidiaries/divisions. The IT Manager will plan, implement, direct and design IT-related activities of the company, as well as provide administrative direction and support for daily operational activities of the IT department.  Work closely with other departments to identify, recommend, develop, implement and support cost-effective technology solutions. The responsibilities include physical and virtual infrastructure, voice and data network services and equipment, business and administrative applications, e-commerce technology, cloud based services, local and remote end-user support management, office inter-connectivity, and security systems.

 QUALIFICATIONS:

 

  • Computer Science or Management Information Systems degree (bachelors or higher) and/or six years related experience or a combination of both education and experience.
  • Strong technical knowledge of virtualized infrastructure, cloud services, voice and data networks, and data management.
  • Proven experience in IT infrastructure planning and development.
  • Excellent understanding of the business goals and objectives as related to technology
  • Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws.
  • Strong leadership skills. Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language.
  • Ability to understand basic accounting principles and interface with the Accounting department to deliver financial solutions.

REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS:

 

  • VMWare ESXi 5+
  • Microsoft Exchange 2010, SQL Server 2008+, Windows Server 2008 +, Windows 7 +, Forefront TMG 2010, WSUS3.0, Office 2010/2013, IAS, Solomon 2010, Remote Desktop  Services, and Active Directory,
  • Microsoft Office 365; Sharepoint, Lync, OneDrive, etc. with same sign-on DirSync.
  • Gentran Server 5.x
  • Checkpoint SPLAT, Meraki MX, or other firewall appliances.
  • VLANS, cross stacked, LAG configurations on Meraki and Dell switches.
  • Veeam Backup and Replication 7+, Unitrends Backup and Recovery, or other virtual and physical backup software.
  • Symantec Antivirus, McAfee Hosted Mail Security or other anti-virus and cloud anti-spam service.
  • Avaya IPOffice, SmallOffice platforms or similar VoIP PBX hardware.
  • Strong command of databases and general processes logic in order to shape efficient business application and workflow decisions.
  • Experience authoring MS SQL queries, SSRS reports, SSIS packages, and scripts writing a plus.
  • Experience managing the technical requirements and maintenance of EDI translation software through a VAN and direct via AS2. Working knowledge of main EDI documents and their purposes.
  • Experience in implementing, maintaining and supporting ERP software. Experience with BlueCherry ERP in an apparel producing company a real plus.
  • Experience with AS400 ERP applications a plus.

 

2) MERCHANDISE PLANNER

The Merchandise Planner is responsible for developing, executing, and communicating strategic merchandise financial plans that support the company's financial, product, and marketing objectives. This position will strategically drive the business in order to maximize sales, margins and optimize inventory while contributing to the development of brand initiatives and ensure all planning activities support annual sales goals. Gather, evaluate and communicate collection change requests. Execute sales related functions for assigned department store accounts to expand the growth of Cosabella.

 

REQUIREMENTS: 

  • BA/BS in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
  • Must be proficient in retail math.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, meet demanding deadlines and market schedules.
  • Ability to participate in all market schedule set-up, preparation and events.
  • Strong team player with ability to work independently, setting priorities and adapting to changing situations quickly.
  • Detail oriented with excellent negotiation skills.
  • 25%-40% travel required.

 

3) DESIGNER (ENTRY-LEVEL)

The Designer's role is to work in close collaboration with the design team assisting in the development of all collections maintaining an accurate record of all technical details.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Assist design in research, conception and design of all collection prints and colors. Work on print development, re-coloration and repeats.
  • Work in close collaboration with design in the development of product presentations including but not limited to: mood boards, flat sketches, CAD's, prints and colors.
  • Generate proto form with accurate technical sketches according to design original sketch.
  • Develop and maintain Look Book from start of merchandising plan to handover of final look book draft for B2B digital formatting.
  • Responsible for all finalized/colored sketches, swatches, codes and sizing to be used in look book, even if new additions are made after graphics handover.
  • Responsible for out sourced of hangtag, collateral and packaging.
  • Support Product Launch Coordinator, Communications Manager, and E-Commerce Manager for product launch and educational material when necessary.
  • Support Design Director and her team when necessary.
  • Perform other job-related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.

 

REQUIREMENTS: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design.
  • Passion for the Lingerie/Intimate Apparel industry.
  • Creativity and enthusiasm for fashion.
  • Strong computer sketching illustration ability.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills required.
  • Self-starter, self-motivated and proactive individual.
  • Able to work well under pressure and in a fast paced work environment. Ability to perform work proficiently under demanding deadlines.

4) VISUAL COORDINATOR

The Visual Coordinator will guide and develop the aesthetic for all marketing and merchandising assets within the company, both online and offline. The Visual Coordinator will need to be able to grasp the company's strategic goals and interpret them into a unified creative direction. The challenge this position will be faced with is to ensure all platforms maintain visual standards, from marketing collateral to website merchandising.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Brainstorm and develop creative materials for marketing concepts including but not limited to traditional marketing, photo shoots, catalogs, online marketing, social media, newsletters, automated email series, home page banners and site banners.
  • Approve imagery including graphics, photography and videography. At times, also assisting in the creation of these materials. 
  • Approve creative collateral that adheres to visual brand standards. At times, also assisting in the creation of these materials. 
  • Attend and direct all photo shoots.
  • Collect materials to stylize photo shoots.
  • Maintain and merchandise products and marketing materials Cosabella's website(s).
  • Assist in the planning and management of material creation according to Cosabella's design calendar.
  • Ensure marketing materials such as post cards, product packaging materials, catalogs, etc. are in stock and ready to be used by necessary individuals within Cosabella by coordinating with inventory control.
  • Obtain creative copy from the Communications Manager to be used in global visual assets.
  • Strategize and execute deliberate collaborations with key brands in global and local markets for merchandising opportunities. Merchandising opportunities include but are not limited to brands to deliberately merchandised with Cosabella or CSBLA items during photo shoots.
  • Ensure company branding guidelines and goals are met throughout all collateral.
  • Work to create company-wide brand guidelines and graphics standard manuals.
  • Keep track of digital content needs for B2C and B2B including but are not limited to image flats and look book requirements.
  • Archive all projects according to department standards, and ensure most-up-to date files are avalaible to other team members at any given time.
  • Perform other job-related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.

 

REQUIREMENTS: 

  • BA degree in Graphic / Fine Arts or another Aesthetic focused major.
  • 2-4 years of visual management experience.
  • Strong conceptual thinking.
  • Have a firm knowledge of software and new technologies.
  • Be able to handle projects from concept to completion to production for a wide variety of collateral.
  • Marketing experience, preferably in a luxury brand environment.
  • Great communications skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment.

5) E-COMMERCE ASSISTANT

The E-Commerce Assistant will provide support in the day to day activities of the E-Commerce department. These duties include but are not limited to onboarding and merchandising products, as well as assisting with online marketing, photo shoots, data organization and maintenance.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Assist with online marketing initiatives, including but is not limited to attending meetings, gathering materials, organizing/analyzing data and working with SEM, SEO, CSE, e-mail and affiliate platforms. 
  • Work with team members to create competitive analysis from an online and visual perspective.
  • Assist with all photography needs, including but is not limited to attending photo shoots, organizing/preparing samples, creating shots lists/agendas, picking items from warehouse to be shot, maintaining lists of needs, coordinating all E-Commerce flat photography and etc.
  • Assist in the collection of materials to stylize photo shoots.
  • Maintain and merchandise products and marketing materials for Cosabella's website(s).
  • Execute upload process; ensure new products are uploaded to website in a timely manner and partners with cross functional teams to resolve any issues.
  • Assist in the maintenance of online promotion schedule.
  • Test and schedule newsletter blasts.
  • Assist in the organization and execution of material creation according to Cosabella's design calendar.
  • Assist in keeping track of digital content needs including but not limited to image flats and look book requirements.
  • Archive all projects according to department standards, and ensure most-up-to date files are available to other team members at any given time.
  • Assist with the printing, production and shipping of materials as needed.
  • Assist with department reports as needed such as daily sales reports.
  • Work with the team to provide quality assurance for marketing materials, product details and other company collateral. This includes but is not limited to proof reading, checking pricing and working with other departments to ensure communication accuracy as needed.
  • Perform other job related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
